It’s hard to put into words the impact MOB Academy has had over the past five years. But when we look at the numbers, it’s clear that we’ve been able to make a difference – one young man, one milestone at a time.
MOB Academy by the Numbers:
- 801+ young men enrolled at MOB Academy
- 255 students secured apprenticeships, jobs, or further education
- Over $2.9 million raised in community fundraising and support
- 27 students earned their full driver’s license through MOB
- Our staff grew from 10 to 45
- 170,000 meals served
Over the past five years, we’ve been privileged to watch these young men find their path. From the first day they walked through our doors to the moment they graduated or landed that first apprenticeship, it’s been a journey full of challenges, growth, and plenty of wins.
Our staff, who have grown from a small but passionate team of 10 to a dedicated group of 45, have been the backbone of everything we’ve achieved. Their commitment to these students, to this mission, and to each other is what has turned MOB Academy into more than just a school—it’s become a place where every young man can find a sense of belonging.
None of this would have been possible without the support of our wider community—our mentors, families, and every single person who has contributed in any way. This milestone is as much yours as it is ours.
