Explicit Instruction Teacher - Year 7
Are you an experienced passionate Teacher with upper primary experience who understands how boys learn best. We are seeking a dynamic "Explicit Instruction" teacher ready to join our team and contribute to a collaborative, student-focused learning environment. Our teaching and learning framework is grounded in Explicit Instruction — a proven, high-impact approach that delivers clarity and consistency in the classroom. This method involves direct, well-structured teaching, where content is carefully sequenced, understanding is regularly checked, and students are guided through deliberate practice. Teacher Aide

From supporting individual learning needs to helping create a welcoming and inclusive classroom, this a rewarding role for someone who enjoys building connections, encouraging growth, and making a real difference in students' lives. ICT Support Officer
As MOB Academy continues to grow, we are seeking an ICT Support Officer for this newly created entry level role supporting our Head of Finance/IT and MOB's IT Managed service provider. This role would be a perfect fit for someone still studying or just starting out with their IT career! The IT Support Officer is a customer service-focused, hands-on role responsible for providing first-level IT support to staff and students across MOB Academy. As a key member of the MOB community, the role supports the effective day-to-day operation of technology systems, devices, and digital platforms that enable teaching, learning, communication, and school operations.
