ICT Support Officer
As MOB Academy continues to grow, we are seeking an ICT Support Officer for this newly created entry level role supporting our Head of Finance/IT and MOB's IT Managed service provider. This role would be a perfect fit for someone still studying or just starting out with their IT career! The IT Support Officer is a customer service-focused, hands-on role responsible for providing first-level IT support to staff and students across MOB Academy. As a key member of the MOB community, the role supports the effective day-to-day operation of technology systems, devices, and digital platforms that enable teaching, learning, communication, and school operations.
